My husband, Bill, and I began attending Living Creek (then Deer Creek) in 2002, when we were dating. We have been here ever since! I served in children’s ministry when I was in high school and college. Professionally, I have worked as a teacher in regular and special education in many grades from kindergarten to college. I am so excited to combine my love of teaching and children with my love for Jesus in this position of Children’s Ministry Director.
Outside of church, my husband and I enjoy traveling. I also love reading, British dramas, cooking, baking and spending time with friends and family.
My favorite Bible verse is Psalm 84:2: “My soul yearns, even faints, for the courts of the LORD; my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God.” There is something in all of us that yearns for God. May our children be so blessed as to find Him and know Him when young.
